Unlock gear from match chests

Locked weapons and armor in the loadout are earned by playing. The documented reward moment is a chest that opens at the end of the match.

What is known

The loadout contains items you cannot equip yet. The 15 October 2026 walkthrough says you unlock them by continuing to play, and that a chest opens at the end of the game. The clip does not show the chest loot table, a pity timer, a shop price, or a level requirement.

Do not treat a missing price as zero. No currency name or chest cost was published.

What to do

  1. Open Loadout and note which slots are still locked. The clip groups the menu as weapons, materials, and instruments you use to fight.
  2. Play a match through to the end instead of leaving before the chest.
  3. Open the chest when it appears.
  4. Return to Loadout and see which new piece is actually selectable.
  5. Price it in points before you rebuild. An unlock you cannot afford beside your armor is not equipped yet.

What this does not prove

  • It does not prove every locked icon comes from that chest. The line is about unlocking loadout items by playing, with the chest as the shown reward moment.
  • It does not prove a win is required. The clip says the chest is at the end of the game, not that only the winning team opens one.
  • It does not list every weapon. Names that only appear on cheat-script pages, such as a flintlock or smoke bomb, are not treated as confirmed gear here.

Armor follows the same menu. Leather, iron, and diamond armor are visible choices, and better armor costs more points. Diamond armor is the one with a stated cost: 6. Whether each armor tier is chest-locked or available immediately was not broken out item by item.

After you unlock something

Rebuild inside 12 points using the table on loadout points. If the new item is a ranged weapon, check the ammo line. Arrows in that clip were not free: 12 arrows per point, up to 36.
